Paytm cash offer details:

• Every user can avail the Rs.30/- paytm cash offer after he/she successfully follows the 3-step procedure as described in the offer.
• The offer period starts from 20.12.2018 onwards to its users.
• One needs to have a paytm account with verified mobile number to avail the offer.

Offer Activation:

• Any user can search and book a doctor's appointment as per the available time slots.
• Once he/she has consulted the doctor they can upload the prescription in the health records available at Medhos website.
• Once the prescription is uploaded the user can avail the offer through Paytm.

Terms & Conditions:

• The offer is valid for one-time per user.
• Medhos solely reserves the right to change/modify the offer without giving any notice.
• Appointments that are not consulted will not be eligible for paytm cash offer.
• Appointments that were consulted but did not upload prescription will also not be eligible for paytm cash.
• Duplication/misuse of the offer will not be entertained.
• In case of any disputes, the user can contact Medhos.
• Rs.30/- will be credited to your valid paytm account within three business days from the date of valid prescription uploaded in health records.
